We pick it, we roast it, and we tell you exactly what you got. Every bag lists origin, region, process, and roast level, plus what we tasted and how we would brew it.

This is the plan for people who would rather be surprised than choose from a menu, and for anyone still working out what they actually like. You will taste more range in three months of this than in a year of buying the same bag twice a month.

The honest reason this plan exists: the best coffee we buy is rarely the coffee we can keep in stock. Lots are small and they sell out. Viafi's Pick is how we get the good ones to people without pretending we can offer them year round. You are not getting leftovers. This is the bag we would take home. If a lot does not clear our own table it does not go in the box.
