Cancellation policy

This policy covers cancellations for subscription plans and other recurring purchase options offered by Viafi Coffee Company.

Ongoing Subscriptions

Ongoing coffee subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. You can cancel through your account on our website or by emailing us at Info@ViafiCoffee.com. Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle, and you will not be charged again after cancellation. You will continue to receive any shipments that have already been processed and paid for.

Fixed-Length Subscriptions

Fixed-length subscription plans are a commitment to receive coffee for the agreed-upon duration (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 12 months). By purchasing a fixed-length plan, you agree to the full term of the subscription.

Early cancellation of fixed-length plans is not guaranteed. However, if you are unsatisfied with your subscription, please contact us at Info@ViafiCoffee.com. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution — whether that's changing your roast selection, adjusting your delivery frequency, pausing your subscription, or exploring other options.

Pausing a Subscription

If you need to temporarily pause your subscription rather than cancel, contact us at Info@ViafiCoffee.com and we can hold your deliveries for an agreed-upon period. Pausing does not extend the term of a fixed-length plan.

Modifying a Subscription

You can update your subscription preferences at any time through your account, including changing your coffee selection, grind type, or delivery frequency. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription shipments that have already been processed and shipped are not eligible for refund. If you receive a damaged or incorrect subscription order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement.
