Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Subscription orders are roasted and shipped according to your subscription schedule.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on your location.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain threshold — see our website for current promotions.
Shipping Carriers
We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier is selected at the time of fulfillment to ensure the best combination of speed and cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@ViafiCoffee.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Some expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
