Welcome to Viafi Coffee Company. By accessing or using our website at viaficoffee.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
General Terms
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this site and make purchases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Viafi Coffee Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Product images on our site are representative. Actual packaging, label design, and product appearance may vary slightly.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors, or where products are unavailable. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Payment is processed at the time of order through Shopify Payments. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Subscriptions
Coffee subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Ongoing subscriptions continue until cancelled. Fixed-length subscriptions continue for the committed duration.
You can manage your subscription, including updating your preferences or payment method, through your account. For cancellation terms, see our Refund Policy.
Coffee Cart Catering Services
Catering bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the $200.00 deposit is received. A separate catering service agreement governs all catering engagements, including payment terms, cancellation policy, service scope, and client responsibilities.
Key terms include: the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event, the client must provide a standard 110V electrical outlet and level surface, and final event details must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance. Full service includes a professional barista, espresso bar, drip coffee, chai, tea, all milks and syrups, cups, supplies, and setup/breakdown.
Overtime beyond contracted hours is billed at $175/hour. For full cancellation and refund terms, see our Refund Policy. The complete catering service agreement is provided at the time of booking.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale terms, pricing, and minimum order requirements are established on a per-account basis. Contact us at Info@ViafiCoffee.com for wholesale inquiries.
Limitation of Liability
Viafi Coffee Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
