Subscription FAQ

How does the subscription work?

Choose how often you want a fresh bag at your doorstep, pick your coffee preferences, and check out. Your order processes automatically on your chosen schedule. You'll get an email reminder before each charge so you're never caught off guard.

What sizes and grind options are available?

Subscriptions come in four bag sizes: 10oz, 12oz, 2lb, and 5lb. Each can be ordered as whole bean, ground for filter/drip, or ground for espresso. Choose when you subscribe.

Can I skip or pause a delivery?

Yes. Log in to your account and manage your subscription from the customer portal. Skip an upcoming delivery, pause for a period, or adjust your schedule anytime before the next order processes.

Can I change my coffee between shipments?

Yes. Swap to a different coffee, change your grind, or change your bag size anytime through your subscription portal. The change applies on your next delivery.

How fresh is the coffee?

We roast in small batches in Colorado on a weekly schedule and ship within three days of roasting. No warehouse holding period, no shelf-aged coffee. The bag you get is the bag we just roasted.

When will my coffee ship?

We roast to order, so your coffee ships within one to two business days of your billing date. You'll receive a tracking number by email once it's on the way.

How do I cancel?
