What areas do you serve?

We serve the Denver Metro and surrounding areas, including Englewood, Littleton, Aurora, Lakewood, and Boulder. Contact us for availability outside these areas. We're happy to travel for the right event.

What sort of events do you cater?

Weddings, corporate events, markets and festivals, private parties, birthday celebrations, baby showers, company retreats. If you need great coffee, we can be there.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for smaller events, and 2–3 months for weddings or large corporate events. Reach out early. Popular dates fill fast.

What's included with the Coffee Cart?

Everything. We bring a full espresso bar setup including the espresso machine, grinder, all syrups and milk options, cups, napkins, and a professional barista. You just provide the guests.

How many guests can you serve?

Our setup efficiently serves events from 25 to 500+ guests. For very large events, we bring additional equipment and baristas. Let us know your headcount and we'll build the right package.

What do you need for setup?

A standard 120V outlet within 25 feet, approximately a 10×10 ft space, and about 30–45 minutes for setup. For outdoor events, we can discuss generator options.

Do you serve indoor and outdoor events?

Both. We're set up for indoor venues, outdoor markets, backyard events, and everything in between. Just let us know the environment and we'll plan accordingly.

What does this cost?

Pricing is based on guest count, service length, menu selections, and any custom branding or add-ons. Most events start at $850. Use the quote form above for a custom estimate. No commitment required.
