We're hiring one or two baristas for event work. The work is event by event: we offer you dates, and you take the ones that fit your schedule. You're guaranteed a 4-hour minimum any time you work, and you're paid for everything, including loading, drive time, setup, and teardown. Most events are on weekends or weekday mornings. A typical event: set up the cart, dial in, serve drinks for a few hours, break down, head home.

Pay and benefits: $23.00 to $25.00 an hour plus occasional tips, with the guaranteed 4-hour minimum per event. Paid sick leave accrues per Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. Free coffee. This is a part-time, on-call W-2 position with no guaranteed weekly hours.

• Required: cafe experience. The interview includes a short paid working session on the cart.
• Required: ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs regularly.
• Required: valid driver's license. A clean driving record and comfort driving a large vehicle are strongly preferred, and drivers must be 21 or older for insurance.
• Preferred: broader hospitality experience, such as catering, serving, or events.
