The Roastery
Viafi roasts on the Colorado Front Range. Green coffee comes in, gets profiled, sample-roasted, and tasted. The ones we keep get production-roasted weekly, and we taste those too. The cup is the test.

Jason here! Over the past few years, I'd been dreaming of building something in the hospitality space, something centered on flavor and good beverages. We finally got here. Viafi.
This coffee company is a place for me to keep exploring flavor and sharing that work with others. As a Colorado native, I want to bring it to my communities and build something bigger than myself.
