What to expect

  • We work best with accounts needing one or more bags per week. Smaller setups welcome, we figure it out.
  • Standard order cycles run weekly or bi-weekly, with flexibility.
  • Local Denver metro delivery available for established accounts. Outside metro ships standard freight.
  • Billing: invoiced per order. NET 30 available case-by-case.
  • Onboarding: a quick call, sample shipment, then your first order.

Is there a minimum order?

We work best with accounts that need one or more bags per week. Smaller setups are welcome too. Reach out and we'll figure out what works for both sides.

What's the lead time on orders?

Standard order cycles run weekly or bi-weekly. Once you're set up, place an order and we'll roast and ship within two to three business days. Local Denver metro accounts can usually get same-week delivery.

How does pricing work?

Wholesale pricing depends on volume and program needs. We share a price list once we've had a quick call to understand what you're after. No surprise fees, no contracts.

Do you offer training?

Yes. Every new account gets a one-on-one onboarding session with Jason, including dialing in your espresso recipe and any brew-method tuning your team needs. Ongoing flavor consultation comes with the partnership.

Do you handle equipment or maintenance?

Not directly today. We can recommend trusted equipment vendors and service techs in the Denver metro and help you think through what you'll need for your program.

Can I get a sample before committing?

Absolutely. Onboarding includes a sample shipment so you can taste through the lineup with your team before your first real order.
