Testing Rossa is the coffee we used to break in the roaster. Importers sell lots like this for exactly that job: mixed origins, priced lower and meant to test a new machine. We ran four batches through the new roaster on September 2, cupped them, and it drinks better than it has any right to.

We don't know where it's from. The importer lists origin, varietal, and process as "various".

It's one batch. When the 150 bags are gone, they're gone. due to our lower cost, we can pass that savings on to you!

Roaster's Notes

This is a blend of beans we used to test our roaster. We did not expect it to turn out to our standards, and yet it turned out to be quite good, with great chocoloate and light berry fruit notes.
