Stand Tall Blend

This is a Pre-order of our first coffee blend. These orders will be roasted and ship the week of September 14th.

Stand Tall is our dark roast house blend, and it is built to work however you make coffee. It holds its shape under milk and drinks well black.

We love a light roast as much as the next guy, but few make a true dark roast in the specialty coffee space. We wanted to change that and create something that helps you stand a little taller in the morning, but had more dark rich flavors then just roastiness.

As with all our coffees, we aim to create the freshest product possible and this is a challenge with blends. The components change, and that is the point. Because coffee is harvested year round, but each climate has a different peak season, this means the freshest crop changes often. The origins in the batch you get are printed on the bag sticker and listed on this page. The cup stays the same.

We roast for our subscriptions every Monday in Colorado. Order by Sunday night to make that week's subscription roast!
