How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at Jason@Viaficoffee.com with your order number and details. We’ll respond within 24 hours.

Where are you located?
Our roastery is in Englewood, Colorado, just south of Denver along the Front Range.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can skip, swap, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. No commitment, no hassle.
